Our story began 40 years ago in an old orchard overgrown with little apples. We made the commitment to restore it and the decision to become organic. After years of clearing, pruning and replanting, the fruit grew bigger and bountiful. The heirloom Northern Spy, Golden Russet and Baldwin apples created a delicious cider. We introduced English and French cider varieties, which inspired our Farm Cidery and Orchard Bar. Now, the Little Apple experience is here for all to enjoy.
Fresh Cider Update
Due to the late freeze on May 18th, we don't have apples in our orchard to press this year. But thanks to neighbors, orchards in the region, and some wild foraging we'll be able to do some presses and offer fresh cider in limited amounts. Our first pressing will be available the weekend of September 23rd, and we'll be doing a weekly press for a month. |
